10th board exam to be held on March 18, canceled due to paper leak

Assam HSLC Exam 2023: Board of Secondary Education, Assam 10th Board Exam to be held on March 18 ,Assam HSLC Exam 2023, paper has been cancelled. The new date for the canceled exam will be released today itself. This decision has been taken after the advice of Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma amid the Assam HSLC paper leak.

As per the datesheet released earlier, the paper of Assam Board 10th Exam 2023 English/MIL was to be held on March 18. Now these exams have been postponed and the new date will be announced today. In this regard, the Chief Minister has also tweeted in the state.

The Modern Indian Language (MIL) Assamese paper was to be held tomorrow, March 18. Meanwhile, State Education Minister Ranoj Pegu said that along with the Assamese paper, the exams for other MIL subjects have also been cancelled.

Explain that students in Karbi Anglong, West Karbi Anglong and Dima Hasao districts study English (in lieu) instead of MIL Assamese. Apart from Assamese, other MIL subjects are Bengali, Bodo, Hindi, Manipuri, Hamar, Nepali, Mizo, Khasi, Garo, Karbi and Urdu. which has been cancelled.

On the other hand, the question paper of Matriculation General Science was leaked on the night of March 12, due to which the examination to be held on March 13 was cancelled. Now this exam is to be conducted on 30 March. According to Assam Director General of Police Gyanendra Pratap Singh, the 10th General Science paper was sold for Rs 100 to Rs 3000. The paper went viral on WhatsApp and was bought and sold through it only.
