AILET 2022 Eligibility: Who can apply?

For admission in BLLB course, candidates must have passed 12th in any discipline.

LLB degree from any recognized university is mandatory for admission in LLM.

For admission to PhD, one should have LLM degree from any recognized university. For more details candidates can check in the notification.

AILET Exam: Exam Pattern

150 marks questions will be asked in the exam. All questions will be MCQ based. The exam will be of 1 hour 30 minutes and will be offline. There will be 5 sections in the exam. There will be questions from English, General Knowledge, Legal Aptitude, Reasoning and Elementary Mathematics. The Elementary section will be of 10 marks, while the rest of the section will be of 35 marks.

AILET Application Fees: Application Fee

According to the information released by NLU Delhi, candidates belonging to the unreserved category will have to pay an application fee of 3,050 for this exam. In addition, the application fee for SC/ST and differently-abled (PWD) candidates is Rs 1,050. Whereas candidates belonging to SC/ST category are exempted from paying the application fee.
