In a recent conversation with YouTube channel Unfiltered with Samdish, Anurag has disclosed this incident. He has told that he was stranded in Denmark, he had to come back soon, but there was no flight, after which he reached Rome by catching a train. From there he took a flight ticket to Saudi.

Anurag further told that there were still five hours left in the flight and he was very tired, he had alcohol and went to the lounge and sitting there he started drinking and in that condition he took the flight to Saudi. As soon as he reached Saudi, he was arrested there, because he was walking on the streets there in a state of intoxication.

Regarding this incident, Anurag further told that after being arrested, he became very upset. He was made to sit and then his interrogation started. Anurag said that luckily his phone was with him and then he called Ronnie Screwvala and told about all this. Ronnie asked Anurag the flight number, although Anurag did not know which flight he took, which flight he had to board next, being drunk. Ronnie told Anurag not to worry and then all these things went on for three hours, after which the matter was settled.
