Bihar: 97% teachers fail, open polls in BPSC headmaster exam, think what will happen to your children?

BPSC Headmaster Recruitment was to be held in 2022 on 6421 posts. But 6000 posts will remain vacant. Because in Bihar only teachers worthy of it are not available. 97% teachers failed in the exam.

Once again the condition of poor education in Bihar has come to the fore. This time it was revealed in the headmaster recruitment examination of Bihar Public Service Commission i.e. BPSC. This one exam exposed the failure of teachers posted in government schools of Bihar. Actually, BPSC released the Bihar Headmaster Recruitment Result 2022 on the evening of Thursday 4 August 2022. The BPSC Headmaster Result 2022 List has been released on the official website bpsc.bih.nic.in. Turns out – 97% are failed. This list is proof that most of the government teachers in the state are not qualified to teach. Now think… what will be the future of your children?

Bihar Headmaster: Teachers could not bring even 48 numbers

A total of 13,055 candidates had appeared in the Bihar Headmaster Recruitment 2022 examination. The examination was conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission on 31 May 2022 at 25 centers in the state. This exam was of 120 minutes, in which 100 questions were asked from General Studies and 50 questions were asked from BEd paper. There was a total of 150 marks in the exam. Each Salao was of one mark.

BPSC Headmaster Cut Off 2022 for Unreserved Category is 48 Marks. Reserved categories remained less than this. Yet only 421 teachers could pass this exam. The remaining 12,547 teachers could not even bring 48 marks. These are the teachers on whom it is the responsibility of making the children pass the examinations and make them successful in life.

Recruitment was to be held on 6421 posts, 94% posts remained vacant

BPSC had released the notification for the 6,421 posts of School Headmaster/Principal in Bihar. The examination was taken to fill these thousands of vacant posts in government schools of Bihar. But due to the ineligibility of the teachers, 6000 posts are again left vacant. Now to fill these posts once again BPSC will have to do the whole recruitment process again. As a result – these 6000 schools will continue to run without a headmaster until the recruitment is done.

415 selected in unreserved category, more OBC than general

As per the Bihar Headmaster Merit List 2022 released by BPSC, out of 421 candidates who have been selected, 415 have passed under unreserved category. Of these, there are 99 candidates from the general category. While 103 candidates from OBC and 140 from backward classes have been selected. On the other hand, 21 candidates from SC category and 01 from ST have passed under unreserved category.
