Budget 2023: Halwa Ceremony started again after Corona, Finance Minister will start the budget tomorrow

After 2 years of the Corona period, ‘Halwa Ceremony’ will be celebrated tomorrow i.e. on Thursday, before preparing the budget.

Budget 2023: Only a few days are left for the presentation of the budget. The budget will be presented by the Union Finance Minister on February 1. This is going to be the last budget of the second term of the Modi government. Because of this, people have high expectations from the upcoming budget. Halwa ceremony is celebrated every year before the presentation of the budget. This protocol was not followed last time due to Corona, but, this time this pudding ceremony will be celebrated.

After 2 years of the Corona period, ‘Halwa Ceremony’ will be celebrated tomorrow i.e. on Thursday, before preparing the budget. The ceremony marks the last phase of the preparation of the Union Budget. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman traditionally starts it by making halwa in a pan and then serves it to her colleagues at the ministry headquarters in Delhi.
