At the same time, 25 percent of the employees said that career growth is one of the reasons, due to which they are leaving the job.
More than 20 lakh people will leave their jobs!
It has come out in the survey that 50 percent of the employees believe that employers should provide them opportunities for career development. 27 percent said that employers should work on the culture of the company to retain their employees. The point to be noted here is that if the employees keep thinking like this, then 20 to 22 lakh people will leave their jobs by 2025.
