He said that three main reforms have been included in the Internationalization of Education plan in the National Education Policy, in which foreign universities should open campuses in India and Indian universities should open their campuses abroad, dual degrees and joint programs in Indian universities in collaboration with foreign universities. Private universities can also open campus

IIT campuses can open in these countries
