Coast Guard Admit Card: The admit card for the Assistant Commandant Recruitment exam to be conducted by the Join Indian Army Coast Guard has been released. In such a situation, the candidates who had applied for this examination can download the admit card by visiting the official website of Join Indian Army, joinindiancoastguard.gov.in.

The application process for this vacancy released on the post of Assistant Commandant was started on 04 July 2021. A total of 50 posts will be recruited in this vacancy. The application process for this vacancy lasted till 14 July 2021. The admit cards for the candidates who have applied for it have been uploaded on the official website. There will be recruitment on these posts

According to the notification issued by the Indian Coast Guard, there will be a total of 50 vacancies. In this, 40 posts will be filled for general duty. In General Duty, 11 seats are for the candidates of unreserved category. 3 seats have been fixed for Economically Weaker Section, 7 seats for OBC category candidates, 6 for SC category candidates and 13 for ST candidates. There will be recruitment on 10 posts of Technical Engineer and Electrical Engineer.

Who could apply?

Candidates applying for the post of General Duty in Indian Coast Guard should have a graduation degree from any recognized university or institute. It is mandatory to get at least 60% marks in all the semesters in graduation. In the same 12th only candidates with Maths Physics subject will be eligible to apply.

On the other hand, for the post of Technical Engineer and Electrical, candidates with Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication or Power Electronics or Industry and Production or Automotive or Marine or Naval Architecture etc. will be eligible to apply. In this also, it is mandatory for the applicant to pass the Physics exam in 12th with 60% of Maths subject.
