India defeated South Africa to win the historic gold medal in lawn balls. India had not won any medal in lawn balls before

New Delhi. India’s 4 daughters did wonders in the Commonwealth Games 2022 in England. Lovely Choubey, Roopa Rani Tirkey, Nayanmoni Saikia and Pinky won the historic gold medal in lawn ball by showing their strength to the whole world on Tuesday. India defeated South Africa in the final. Earlier, India had not won any medal in this game. The whole country has been immersed in this historic victory of India. PM Narendra Modi, Amit Shah tweeted and congratulated the team for the victory and said that the whole country is celebrating this historic achievement of the daughters of India.

Now more Indians will come in lawn balls

Congratulating the team, PM Narendra Modi said that the historic victory in Birmingham. India is proud of Lovely Choubey, Pinky Singh, Saikia and Roopa Rani. The PM said the team displayed great dexterity and this success would inspire many Indians to come up with lawn balls.

Many congratulations to all. On the other hand, Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur tweeted that Lawn Balls Champions created history. Proud moment for the whole country.

India defeated South Africa 17-10 in the final. A very tough match was played between the two. However, after the score was level at 10-10 after the 12th over, India took the lead and retained it till the end.
