America’s powerlifter Tamara Wellcott has created history. This athlete from Maryland, USA, has registered her name in the Guinness Book by lifting 737.5 kg. Valcott has lifted so much weight in the squat, bench press and deadlift combined for the first time by any female athlete. Then this athlete had lifted 680 kg, but after a month Tamara gave a record-breaking performance.
