Rishabh Pant is the future of Team India

“Rishabh Pant is the future of Indian cricket. He is fearless. What I really like about them. When I was the standby wicketkeeper on a tour in 2018 and he was the first choice keeper, his attitude was a desire to improve his wicketkeeping all the time. He worked hard on his wicketkeeping. He performed brilliantly on turning wickets in the India-England home series.
Pant playing match winning innings in Test cricket
When Rishabh Pant started his career, he used to get out many times after playing wrong shots, due to which he had to face a lot of criticism. But after the tour of Australia, a different level of change has been shown in Chahal’s game. First in Australia he scored 372 runs in 3 matches and then in the home Test series played against England, he scored 270 runs with a brilliant century. Patel added,
“Rishabh Pant is taking more responsibility while batting. He is playing match-winning innings in Test cricket. That is something that defines a cricketer.”
Pant has fully recovered
The Kovid report of wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant came positive on 8 July. Due to which he missed playing in the first practice match. But now Pant has fully recovered and has joined the bio bubble along with the rest of Team India in Durham. This information has been shared by the BCCI itself. Pant will now be available to join the playing XI in the second practice match.
