- To get recruited for the post of Junior Field Engineer, candidates must have a Diploma in Engineering.
- A candidate appointed to the post of Junior Field Officer should have a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Social Work/Labour Welfare/Business Management/Office Management/Graduate in Public Administration. Candidates having Inter-CA or M.Com can also apply.
