Hero Electric sold 5,861 units of electric scooters in February. This is less than the company’s sales in the same month last year. Last year, the company’s sales in February were 6,393 units. E-scooters and e-bikes account for about two per cent of the total two-wheeler sales in the country. It is planned to increase it to about 80 percent by 2030.
