On this question, the lawyer told the court, ‘We have not been able to identify the students.’ The bench hearing this got agitated and said, ‘What is going on here? Your client is playing along with the court. The director will be present in the next hearing.
The court said, ‘In the next hearing, ask the director to be present in the court. He is giving lectures, but he cannot trace the names or addresses of the students. What kind of director is he? It further said, ‘If IIT had acted in February, this situation would not have happened.’
