VVS Laxman to replace Rahul Dravid as head coach in first T20

India vs England, 5th Test T20 series between India and England is starting from 7th July. According to media reports, VVS Laxman will be the head coach of Team India instead of Rahul Dravid.

After the ongoing fifth Test at Edgbaston, Team India has to play a three-match T20 series against England from 7 July. A big news is coming out just before this series. According to the news, Rahul Dravid will not be the head coach of the team in the first T20. VVS Laxman will take over the command of Team India in the first T20 instead of Rahul Dravid.

Actually Rahul Dravid will play the Test series at Edgbaston till July 5. After two days, the T20 series is starting in which players like Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah, Rishabh Pant will not play.

The command of Team India will be in the hands of Rohit Sharma and VVS Laxman, who was the head coach of Team India in Ireland, will take over the responsibility in place of Rahul Dravid. Let us tell you that under the leadership of Laxman, Team India defeated Ireland by 2-0.

Let us tell you that the Indian team will play the first T20 against England on 7 July in Southampton. After this, the match will be held in Birmingham on 9 July. The third T20 will be played in Nottingham on 10 July. The start of the ODI series will be played on July 12. The first match will be held at The Oval. The second ODI will be played at Lord’s on 14 July. The third ODI will be played on 17 July in Manchester.
