India And both Pakistan have been placed in Group 2. Along with these two, there are teams from England and West Indies and Ireland in this group.

This match between India and Pakistan will be played on February 12 in Cape Town. The World Cup is starting from February 10 and the first match will be played between hosts South Africa and Sri Lanka in Cape Town itself. Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are in Group 1.

After playing the match against Pakistan, Team India will play its next match against West Indies in Cape Town itself.
