As an emerging smartphone brand in India, iqoo Now has a huge portfolio of products, ranging from mainstream models to flagships. a recent IDC Report According to the company, thanks to “aggressive shipments” parent company Vivo (VIVO) has also been credited with playing a significant role in consolidating its market share. iQoo India CEO Nipun Marya told in an exclusive interview with Gadgets 360, the company’s recent launches iQoo 11 5G And iQoo Neo 7 5G How has it performed in the market so far? And also shared some exclusive details about iQoo’s upcoming smartphone launch – iQoo Z7. Read full interview below.

Gadgets 360: How has the response to iQoo 11 and Neo 7 been received so far?

Nipun Marya: Our customers have placed great trust in our offerings and last year we were awarded the Apple (Apple) Award in terms of customer and OnePlus (OnePlus) became the number one brand leaving behind. Keeping this momentum in mind, we launched two performance-focused smartphones iQoo 11 and Neo 7 this quarter, offering users a premium experience and gaming performance as compared to the competition in their respective price segments.

Our recent launch in the Neo series, the iQoo Neo 7 surprised us in terms of customer response as it became the number one best-selling smartphone in the Rs 25-30,000 segment on its first day of sale. We are really happy and thank our community and customers.

Gadgets 360: We have seen many teasers of iQoo Z7. When can we expect it to be launched?

Nipun Marya: The last launched smartphones of Z series iQoo Z6 Lite received an overwhelming response, making it the best-selling 5G smartphone on Amazon within a day of its launch.

Keeping in mind the expectations of the customers and the hype around the new Z series smartphones, we now bring the iQoo Z7. It is going to be one of the leading smartphones in the segment and will woo the customers with awesome features in every segment as compared to the competition. For the first time, we have a model that has been specially designed for the Indian market and is all set to be launched on March 21, 2023.

Gadgets 360: What makes the iQoo Z7 different from its competition in India?

Nipun Marya: The Z series has been specially curated for the youth who seek high performance coupled with innovation at an affordable price point.

In terms of performance, iQoo Z7 will be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G mobile platform, one of the most powerful processors. The smartphone has achieved an AnTuTu score of 480,000, which is the highest in the segment. The ultra-bright AMOLED display and in-display fingerprint sensor of the smartphone will further enhance the experience for our users. iQoo Z7 is going to bring a great photography experience with India’s first 64-megapixel OIS camera system in the segment.

Gadgets 360: In which price segment will Z7 come and what is its specialty?

Nipun Marya: The iQoo Z7 phone will be available to Indian customers under Rs 20,000. Its highlights are MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC, AnTuTu score of 480,000+, an ultra-bright AMOLED display, and 64-megapixel OIS camera. Apart from these features, the Z7 has many more, which will be revealed to everyone on the launch day on March 21.

Gadgets 360: What other details about the iQoo Z7 can you share with our readers?

Nipun Marya: iQoo Z7 will be a power-packed performance smartphone with segment-leading features. It will be equipped with 44W Flash Charge technology, which will charge the smartphone from 1 percent to 50 percent in just 25 minutes. iQoo Z7 gets a flat and light body build to give better grip and also it is designed with bold and unique color combination. It will come with the latest FunTouch OS 13, similar to the existing competition.

Gadgets 360: What is the bigger priority for iQoo – offline or online sales channels?

Nipun Marya: We have plans to go offline and cater to the needs of customers across the length and breadth of the country, for now we will continue to focus on expanding our market presence and gaining ground in the online segment. Offline channels are equally important as online channel. For now, to provide hassle-free after-sales service to its customers, iQoo customers can visit any of the over 650 company-owned service centers located across the country.
