Jamia Millia Reopening: Jamia Millia Islamia University closed for a long time ,Jamia Millia Islamia, Will be reopened in a phased manner from March 2. The order has been issued by the office. The order said that the university will reopen from March 2 only for final year postgraduate students and for final year undergraduate students, offline classes (Online Classes) It will be held from March 15, 2022. The decision to reopen Jamia has been taken after a meeting held under the chairmanship of the Vice-Chancellor on February 14 and attended by the Dean of the Faculties.

As per the order of the Jamia office, the departmental library, indoor sports facilities and gym for the card holders will be functional from February 21, 2022. Three canteens in the university will operate from March 2 with the permission of the registrar. Students coming for offline classes will be required to carry a fresh RT-PCR report and valid ID card as a precautionary measure amid Corona situation. Jamia officials have not released the reopening dates for UG and PG Intermediate Semester classes. It has been said about this that the dates will be notified later.

To stay updated the concerned students have to visit the official website. In view of the situation of Corona, the officials have also shared some rules and precautions. The official statement said, “The university has limited seats in boys/girls hostels and renovation/maintenance work of hostel buildings is underway.

Keeping in view the corona protocol, it is not possible/appropriate to provide residential accommodation till the covid protocol. As per the order issued, the Provost of the Hall of Residence is required to personally supervise the renovation/maintenance work and prepare a fresh list of students for hostel allotment in each hostel after the renewal is over.
