JEE Main Result 2021: Ghaziabad’s Amaiya tops, everyone is IITian at home, topper inspired by Elon Musk

The National Testing Agency released the JEE Main fourth session result (JEE Main 2021 Result) yesterday. A total of 44 students have secured 100 percentile in the fourth session of JEE Main 2021. At the same time, 18 candidates have secured All India Rank 1 in the engineering entrance examination. Amaiya Singhal from Ghaziabad is one of the 18 students who got the first rank. Amaiya shares her success story. Amaya recounts how Elon Musk and his future entrepreneurial ambitions inspired him to crack the country’s toughest engineering entrance exam.

For Amaya, engineering emerged as the most obvious and natural choice because of her personal interest as well as her family background. He belongs to a family of IITians, his father and grandfather are both engineering graduates who have passed out from IIT BHU. His brother is also an engineering enthusiast, having cleared JEE Main in 2018 to join IIT Guwahati. Coming from a family of IITians and joining premier institutes of technology, his personal interest and enthusiasm helped him clear JEE Main 2021.

The year 2021 was a tumultuous one for everyone, with the pandemic affecting different people in different ways. Like all other JEE aspirants, it was a big challenge for Amaiya to motivate herself and keep preparing. His family, especially his IITian brother helped him grow.

Facing one of the toughest engineering entrance exams can leave anyone in self-doubt, no matter how well you prepare for it, and this was no different for Amaiya. Like many candidates, he too decided to appear for JEE Main 2021 exam for three out of total 4 attempts or sessions. In February and March attempts, he secured 99.94% and 99.98% percentile marks respectively, but in April/July attempt, he managed to score 100 percentile and failed to appear for the last attempt in August-September 2021. decided.

Talking about why he attempted JEE Main in three seasons, Amaiya says that despite scoring 99.9 percentile in the first two seasons, he was not comfortable or satisfied with his performance and hence, he took JEE Advanced 2021 Decided to give third try to ensure my seat.

Looking back on her journey of JEE Main 2021, Amaiya feels she has a long way to go and achieving AIR 1 is the first step in the right direction. He especially remembers all his school teachers, who created a foundation on which to measure his achievement.
