JEE Mains Result 2022 News in Hindi: The result of JEE Mains 2022, the entrance exam for admission in Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and BTech, is just about to be released. The National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducts the exam, will announce the JEE Main Result 2022 session 1 on the official websites jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in. NTA had released the JEE Main Session 1 2022 final answer key on July 06. In this, 4 questions which were asked in the exam were dropped. Now the question is, what will be its effect on the marks of the students, their rank and JEE Main merit list. JEE Main Final Answer Key 2022 Session 1 Questions Dropped

The 4 questions that have been dropped were asked in different shifts in JEE Main Session 1 exam. NTA has jeemain.nta.nic.in But told that apart from the 4 questions that were dropped, there is one question which had two correct answers. JEE Mains Marking Scheme: If there is more than one correct answer?

How will the marking be done if there is more than one correct answer to a question asked in JEE Main exam? In this regard, NTA’s rule says – If there are two correct answers to a question and the candidate has marked any one, then he will be given full marks.

At the same time, if all the options are correct, then the candidate who only attempted that question will also be given full 4 marks.

What if the question is wrong or dropped?

As per the JEE Main marking scheme of NTA, if any question is found wrong or any question is dropped, it will not be counted. Then whether you have attempted that question or not. This means that even if your answers are correct, you will not get marks. If wrong then there will be no negative marking. Accordingly, in the present case where 4 questions have been dropped, then the percent equal will be drawn on the remaining questions and merit list will be prepared.

  • Question asked in the first shift exam on June 24, whose ID is 101628
  • Question asked in the first shift on 26th June, whose ID is – 101020
  • Two questions asked in the second shift on June 29, ID – 501111 and 501121
