According to reports, after the security facilities were confirmed by the DGP of Punjab Police, PM Modi went to the memorial by road, but about 30 km before reaching the memorial, PM Modi’s convoy was stopped by the protesters. For 15 to 20 minutes, PM Modi was stuck on a plyover and when the road was not cleared, he went back to Bathinda airport by the same route.
