Maharashtra College: The classes for the new session in Maharaj’s colleges will start from November 1. Maharashtra Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant said that offline classes will not be started in the state yet. Along with this, information has also been given about the new academic year. Uday Samant told that at present classes will be conducted in online mode.
Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant has said that the decision on opening of offline classes can be taken only after consulting the district collectors. This is because they are the heads of the respective disaster management committees and it is very important to consult these committees before taking any such step.
Decision will be taken after looking at Corona
Even though the dates for the opening of colleges have been announced, it should be noted that it may change anytime depending on the situation of COVID-19 in the state. Uday Samant told that the government is not taking a hasty decision to reopen the colleges of Maharashtra as many people have not even received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine yet. It should also be noted that only about 18% have received the second dose, he added.
Registration process started in August
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra had started the registration process for admission to the state colleges through NEET MDS 2021 in the month of August. The registration process will be for admission to postgraduate dental courses in state government/corporation/aided/unaided private/minority dental institutions in the state of Maharashtra for the academic year 2021-22. Candidates can apply online through the official website of MHCET, mahacet.org.
State Service Main Exam Date Declared
Maharashtra State Service Main Examination will be conducted by Maharashtra Public Service Commission from December 4 to 6. The exam will be conducted in Amravati, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik and Pune districts of the state.
