MPPSC Exam 2021: Madhya Pradesh State Service Preliminary Exam 2020, which has been postponed twice due to the outbreak of Kovid-19, is now going to be held on 25 July (Sunday). The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has decided as a precaution that 3.44 lakh candidates appearing for this major recruitment examination will have to give a declaration at the examination center that they are out of the grip of the pandemic. MPPSC Officer on Special Duty Ravindra Panchbhai said on Wednesday, ‘The candidates free from Kovid-19 will have to sign a declaration on reaching the examination center that they are not infected.’ However, MPPSC has not received any information about any candidate being infected with the corona virus, he said. But as a precaution, 64 special centers have also been set up in 52 district headquarters of the state. Here infected candidates can sit separately and take the exam.
Special Center for Infected Candidates
Panchbhai informed that a total of 1,011 centers have been set up for the State Services Preliminary Examination, including 64 special centers for infected candidates. The MPPSC official said that the State Services Preliminary Examination will be conducted following the guidelines to prevent the epidemic. Candidates will be allowed to bring sanitizer and drinking water bottle to the examination center.
3.44 lakh candidates will participate
He told that a total of three lakh 44 thousand 491 candidates have to participate in this examination held in two sessions on Sunday. Panchbhai said that due to the outbreak of Kovid-19, the state service preliminary examination of the year 2020 has been postponed twice. He told that earlier this exam was to be held on 11th April, but due to increasing cases of epidemic, its date was changed to 20th June and later its date was changed again to 25th July.
