Recruitment consulting and outsourcing company AVSAR has conducted a survey. It has been told in this survey that which sector is growing the fastest and what is the condition of jobs there. It has also been told in the survey of ‘Opportunity’ that which city in the end of the country has the most Jobs are being created. In the rapidly growing employment scenario, the IT sector has emerged as the largest job creator in the last two quarters. There has been an increase of 96 percent in new jobs in the IT sector. This shows that the IT sector is going to remain strong in the coming times as well.
At the same time, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad have created the maximum number of jobs in the IT sector. At the same time, apart from IT, the highest employment generating sectors in 2022 are e-commerce, BFSI and FMCG. Giving information about the survey, Navneet Singh, CEO, Opportunity said, “The last two years have been full of ups and downs for both employees and companies due to the pandemic. However, now the situation seems to be returning to normal. This is the reason that now the job market also seems to be stabilizing.
Jobs are being created in metros
Navneet Singh said, ‘We are slowly moving towards the stage where the employers are going to have a diverse talent. In such a situation, employees are also going to have many opportunities. He said, “Metropolitan cities and core areas are creating significant number of jobs and the situation looks progressive for entry level job beginners as well as experienced professionals.”
What is the Entry Level Hiring Trend?
The survey has also given information about the entry-level hiring trend, which is growing very fast. Companies want to retain fresh and fresh talent and as a result, entry-level talent recruitment has seen a 30 per cent year-on-year growth in June 2022. Recruitment of entry-level professionals has increased by 93 per cent, especially in Mumbai. If we talk about the sector, then there has been an increase of 158 percent in travel and hospitality. At the same time, the insurance sector at the entry-level has seen a growth of 101%. Apart from this, accounting and finance, BFSI has increased by 85 to 95 per cent, while the education sector has seen an increase of 70 per cent.
