New Vi International Roaming Plans Launched With Unlimited Calling, Data, Price Starts From Rs 599

Vi (Vodafone Idea) on Monday introduced new international unlimited roaming packs for its customers. The new Vi Unlimited International Roaming packs range between Rs 599 and Rs 5,999. The cheapest pack comes with a validity of 24 hours, while the most expensive pack comes with a validity of 28 days. Customers traveling to countries like UAE, UK, US, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Australia, Thailand and Brazil can opt for these plans. It provides unlimited voice calling support and data on roaming networks in these countries. Vi postpaid roaming packs come with Always On feature, which is useful to check exorbitant rates on international roaming even after the subscribed pack expires.

The telecom operator on Monday launched a new range of international roaming packs for its customers. Vi International roaming packs start at Rs 599, which comes with a validity of one day and end at packs up to Rs 5,999, which offers a validity of 28 days. All packs offer unlimited calling and data benefits.

Currently, Vi is offering roaming service in 81 countries along with local service providers. It has also introduced an Always On feature to ensure that customers are not charged exorbitantly even after the end of the subscriber plan. For example, travelers who have subscribed to a Vi postpaid roaming pack with a validity of seven days, and want to continue with their journey, can continue to use their phone for voice, SMS and data , and users will be charged the standard rate for these services used by them. However, this standard rate will be applicable only as long as the user’s bill is limited to Rs 599. On crossing Rs 599, users will have to pay Rs 599 for each day.

According to Vi, customers of Vi’s RedX postpaid plan can avail international travel with Vi International Roaming Free Pack for seven days worth Rs 2,999 every year.<!–
