New Delhi: The ODI World Cup is going to be held in India later this year. Many teams will gather in India for this most famous tournament of cricket in October and November. Another tournament to be held immediately before this tournament- asia cupIn which major teams of Asia including India will participate. The whole debate is going on for the last few months around these two tournaments. Reason- India and Pakistan. The host of the Asia Cup is Pakistan, but the BCCI has refused to go there and in response, Pakistan is also threatening not to come to India for the World Cup. In such a situation, now this issue is going to arise in front of the International Cricket Council (ICC).
There is an executive committee and board meeting of the ICC on Saturday and Sunday i.e. March 18 and 19, in which all the officials of the cricket board will participate. In this meeting, along with many other issues including the status of cricket in Afghanistan, its membership, the situation of conflict between India and Pakistan will be discussed.

PCB will raise the issue in the meeting

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief Najam Sethi will raise this issue. According to the report, the issue of sending their teams from both the countries will be discussed in this ICC meeting. The reason for raising this issue of Pakistan is not only the Asia Cup but also the Champions Trophy.
In fact, PCB is apprehensive that if the Indian team does not go to Pakistan for the Asia Cup, then it can do so even during the Champions Trophy to be held in its home in 2025, due to which there is a possibility of organizing the tournament outside Pakistan. Can

Pakistan Regarding the Asia Cup to be held in 2015, the BCCI had told its stand only last year that it would not send the Indian team to Pakistan for the tournament because it would not get permission from the Government of India. However, since the announcement of BCCI, PCB has also threatened to boycott the World Cup to be held in India.
