“The franchises have decided to bring players from the CPL (West Indies) as well as Sri Lanka to the UAE. For this a charter plane will be sent for the players of CPL. One will be sent for the players participating in the ongoing Sri Lanka-South Africa series.

Imran Tahir and Faf du Plessis are currently part of CPL from Chennai Super Kings. Dwayne Bravo is also playing in this league right now.

For IPL 2021, Kieron Pollard (Mumbai Indians), Chris Gayle (Punjab Kings), Andre Russell (Kolkata Knight Riders), Shimron Hetmyer (Delhi Capitals), Nicholas Pooran (Punjab Kings) have to reach UAE from West Indies.
