PSSSB Recruitment 2022: There is good news for the candidates who are seeking government jobs. Bumper vacancy has been released by the Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board for the posts of Excise and Tax Inspector. A total of 107 posts will be recruited through this vacancy. The selection board has released the notification of this recruitment. The process of application for these posts will start from 23 May 2022. Eligible candidates can apply to these posts through the prescribed format. However, information about the last date of application has not been given yet. Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has issued the notification of this recruitment and the process of online application will start from 23 May 2022. Eligible candidates can apply to these posts through the prescribed format. The selected candidates on these posts will be given a salary of Rs 35,400 every month.

Educational Qualification & Age Limit

Applicants who have completed graduation degree from any recognized institute are eligible to apply for these posts. Candidates should also have certificate of computer course. Candidates age should be minimum 18 years and maximum age 37 years. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.

This will be the selection process

After completion of application process candidates will be called for written test. Merit list will be prepared for the candidates who will appear in this examination and those who will make it to this list will be called for interview. Those who will be successful in the interview, they will get the appointment after document verification.

Candidates are required to get at least 40 percent marks in the written examination. The written test will be objective type. The written examination will be of 120 marks.
