Chetan Bhagat And R Madhavan

A long time has passed since the release of 3 Idiots, but its memories are still fresh in the minds of people. You will want to watch this movie again and again.

Superb directorial by Rajkumar Hirani and starring Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi and R.K. Due to the strong acting of Madhavan, this film set a different milestone.

Writer Chetan Bhagat got into a nasty Twitter feud with actor R Madhavan. However, it appeared to be a gimmick for his recently released Netflix show, Decouled.

In the series, Madhavan, who plays the second best-selling author in India, continues to compete with Chetan, who plays the role himself.

It all started when Chetan replied to the question of ‘Movie vs Books’ by tweeting, “My books, and the films based on them.”

Madhavan said that he is biased towards films, to which the author replied, “Have you ever heard anyone say that a film is better than a book?”

“Yes! 3 Idiots,” replied Madhavan. The film, in which he played an engineering student, was based on Chetan’s book Five Point Someone.

Chetan asked Madhavan not to ‘try to preach to the singers’. Meanwhile, the actor asked the author why he acted in Decauld if he was biased towards books.

Chetan said, “Hahahaha, what an unsolved plug, maybe it’s just me, I prefer a Pulitzer than a pan masala branded award show.”

Chetan said that he prefers to be known by his own name instead of ‘Farhan from that one film’. Madhavan replied, “I am not just known as Farhan.

I am also known as Manu from Tanu Weds Manu, Kartik from Alaipayuthe and my favorite Maddy Kyunki mein sab ke dil hoon (because I live in everyone’s heart). The last bit was a reference to his first Bollywood film Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein.

Madhavan and Chetan ended their war of words on a good note. Chetan wrote, “Wow, if this was your writing test, I would say you passed.

But to be honest, what did you think of my Netflix debut?”. Madhavan jokingly said that the author is “better on the big screen” like his books, but added that he was actually “superb” on the show.
