Sarfaraz Ahmed said that he does not want to make his son a cricketer

Former Pakistan team captain Sarfaraz Ahmed has given a big statement about his son. Sarfaraz Ahmed has been running out of the Pakistan team for a long time. He played his last match in November last year. Since then, PCB has not made him a part of any series. Recently, the Australian team came on a tour of Pakistan. Where Test and ODI series were played between Australia and Pakistan. In which Sarfaraz Ahmed was not included.

Sarfaraz Ahmed is the senior batsman of Pakistan team. Who added many achievements to the team’s account under his captaincy. Sarfaraz Ahmed had achieved the feat of winning the Champions Trophy while captaining the Pakistan team in the year 2017. This player has been running out of the team for the last two years. Sarfaraz is not seen playing in any format of the Pakistan team. The PCB did not treat this senior player well. Due to which Sarfaraz is probably angry with PCB. That’s why he does not want to make his son a cricketer. While talking to the media in Sarfaraz Ahmed said,

“Many people have told me that Abdullah has talent and I should let him play cricket. Moin bhai (Moin Khan) had praised Abdullah’s skill, as well as Sania Mirza once told me that Abdullah has the potential to become a cricketer. But I want him to work hard and achieve his goal, no one should give him an easy path, just because he is my son.

Sarfaraz’s No Entry in Pak Team

Pakistan team Wicket-keeper batsman Sarfaraz Ahmed has been running out since November last year. After the entry of Rameez Raja in PCB, Sarfaraz Ahmed got no entry. The team lost a lot under Sarfaraz’s captaincy. Due to which Babar Azam was made the captain of the team.

Babar is also performing well with the captaincy. He won the ODI series against Australia by scoring two centuries. On the other hand, 34-year-old Sarfaraz Ahmed finds it difficult to play again for the Pak team. Sarfaraz has captained Pakistan in 13 Tests, 50 ODIs and 37 T20 Internationals.
