SBI Clerk 2021 Exam: SBI Clerk Main exam postponed, Prelims result may come soon

SBI Clerk 2021 Main Exam Postponed: State Bank of India has postponed the Clerk Main Exam 2021 till further notice. SBI Clerk Main exam was scheduled to be held on July 31, 2021. Candidates can check the notification by visiting the official website of the bank, sbi.co.in. SBI Clerk (Junior Associate) Prelims exam was conducted from July 10 to July 13 in various cities of the country. Prelims result is expected to be declared soon. To appear for the Main exam, candidates have to clear the pre exam.

The application process for SBI Clerk exam started from April 27. More than 5000 Junior Associate will be recruited through this recruitment drive. Candidates have to clear all the three stages (Preliminary, Main and Interview) to make it to the merit list. Selected candidates will be posted in various branches of the bank across the country.

Let us tell you that there are 190 multiple choice questions in SBI Clerk Mains Exam. Candidates will have to answer the questions within the stipulated time limit of two hours forty minutes. Questions are asked from General/ Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability as well as Computer Aptitude. SBI Clerk Salary

As per the official notification, Junior Associates (Clerks) will be paid 11765-655/3-13730-815/3-16175-980/4-20095-1145/7-28110-2120/1-30230-1310/1-31540. Salary is provided on the scale. This means that the starting salary for a candidate will be Rs 11,765 with basic pay of Rs 655 with year-on-year increments, while the maximum basic salary of SBI Clerk will be Rs 31,450 per month. The total salary in a metro city including all allowances at the current rate will be Rs.23600/- per month
