Now a news has come out that Shilpa Shetty has been given some relief in the ongoing investigation in Raj Kundra case. A source close to Mumbai Police has told ETimes that Shilpa will not be summoned in the Raj Kundra case.
Shilpa will not be summoned
Let us tell you that in the last few days there was speculation that Shilpa could be summoned on the basis of her role in the case. However, now speaking to ETimes on condition of anonymity, the source has revealed that Shilpa Shetty is one of the directors of Viaan Industries, while the police investigation is going on in Kenrin itself.
Kenrin is a UK-based company and the owner of the HotShots app, where the alleged pornographic material was distributed.

Recently there was news that Mumbai Police may soon summon Shilpa for questioning as Shilpa Shetty is her partner in most of the business of husband Raj Kundra, due to which she can be interrogated.
According to reports, Raj Kundra had invested around 8 to 10 crores in the porn industry. Raj used to do this business together with his brother-in-law. His brother-in-law is in Britain, with whom he formed a company.
