Within six months, more than one lakh shops in Delhi will be linked with the e-portal. The statement issued by the government said that there will be zero cost to start selling their goods in this portal and the goods on this e-portal will be more affordable for the buyers as compared to other digital platforms.

According to the CM, the markets of Delhi will be known all over the world in the coming years. ‘Delhi Bazaar’ will be launched with a store front of 10,000 shops in Delhi by December 2022. Delhi government will connect one lakh vendors with the portal in the first phase. These shopkeepers will be verified by the market association.
“An agency will be appointed to oversee all aspects of Delhi market operations. This will be the first time in the country that Delhi markets will be available on multiple digital platforms,” the statement said.
