Gangster Goldie Brar is the one who played Sidhu Musewala (Sidhu Moose Wala) took responsibility for the murder. He lives in Canada. While in this murder gangster Lawrence Bishnoi (Lawrence Bishnoi) is also under suspicion. The police is continuously investigating in the case of Sidhu Musewala’s murder that took place on 29 May.
On the other hand, the CBI on Thursday issued a statement contrary to the claim of the Punjab Police, saying that a request was received to issue a Red Corner Notice against Goldie Brar on May 30, a day after the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Musewala. Satindrajit Singh alias Goldie Brar, who lives in Canada, has claimed responsibility for the murder of Musewala. Musewala was murdered on 29 May in Mansa district of Punjab. The miscreants opened fire on him.
Punjab Police had claimed appeal to issue Red Corner Notice
The Punjab Police on Wednesday claimed that it had requested to issue a Red Corner Notice against Goldie Brar 10 days before the murder of Musewala, following which the CBI has put forth its stand. The CBI has said that it had received a request from the Bureau of Investigation of Punjab Police through an email on May 30 at 12:25 pm. A letter dated May 19 was also attached to the email, requesting Punjab Police to issue a Red Corner Notice against Brar on the basis of two FIRs registered against him at the Nagar police station in Faridkot.
Received copy of proposal on May 30: CBI
The CBI has said that in the present case, the CBI had received the hard copy of the proposal to issue Red Corner Notice against Satindrajit Singh alias Goldie on behalf of Punjab Police on 30 May 2022. Sources said the letter was sent nearly six months after the court issued warrants against Brar, an accused in both the cases being probed by the state police. Significantly, the Red Corner Notice alerts the law enforcement agency of 195 member states of Interpol to trace and detain the fugitive wanted by the requesting member country.
