South films superstar Mahesh Babu’s brother Ramesh Babu passed away, information given on social media

Ramesh Babu started his film career on-screen in the year 1974 with the film ‘Alluri Sitaram Raju’. He acted in more than 15 films before retiring from acting in the year 1997.

He was living in home isolation. But now another shocking and sad news is coming out from his family. Actually, Mahesh Babu’s brother and actor Ghattamaneni Ramesh Babu has passed away. He breathed his last on 8 January (Saturday). His age was only 56 years.

According to media reports, he was suffering from liver-related problems for a long time. Confirming the news of his sudden demise, filmmaker BA Raju tweeted, “It is with great sadness that our very own dear Ramesh Babu Garu has passed away. He will always be alive in our hearts. We request all our well wishers to follow the COVID guidelines and avoid gathering at the cremation ground – Ghattamaneni family.”

Many celebrities expressed grief over the sudden demise of Ramesh Babu and paid tribute to Krishna’s elder son Ramesh Babu. Knowing about his demise, director Ramesh Verma tweeted, “Shocked to know, Ramesh Babu Garu is no more in this world. My condolences to Krishna Guru, Mahesh Babu Guru and the entire family. om Shanti.” Some people are not aware that Mahesh Babu had recently tested positive for coronavirus and he is in home isolation these days.

Mahesh Babu has become Corona positive

On 6 January itself, the actor informed his fans about his health on Instagram. He shared that he has mild symptoms of corona and is currently in home isolation. “To all my fans and well wishers, despite taking all necessary precautions, I have tested positive for COVID-l9 with mild symptoms. I have isolated myself at home and am following the medical guidelines.

He further said that, “I request all those who came in contact with me, they should get their test done. I urge all those who have not got their vaccination done immediately, as it reduces the risk of severe symptoms and hospitalization. Please follow the COVID guidelines and stay safe.
