Stock market magician Warren Buffett told investors a trick, it will never be taken care of

Warren Buffett, head of Berkshire Hathaway and a stock market magician, addressed stock holders at AGM on 1 May. In his address, he has given a special tip to the investors of the stock market. Buffett said that investors should never think that the stock market is the easiest way to make fortune.

Buffett in his address specifically addressed new and retail investors of the stock market. Buffett advised investors that investing and earning in the stock market seems easy, but it is not so easy. “It’s not as easy as it sounds”. He said this because despite the Corona crisis, there is so much liquidity in the market that bulls are dominating in the global stock market. Within the last one year, millions of millions of dollars have been invested in stock exchanges around the world.

Buffett said that in 1989, the world’s top-20 companies are nowhere in this list today. In such a situation, the companies which are in this list today, it is not necessary that after three decades they will remain included in this list. This shows that anything is possible and that it can be unpredictable.

Stimulus package decision right

Buffett said that in 1903 there were more than 2000 brands of cars in America and one by one the whole company failed. Despite this, the automobile market has changed completely. Apart from this, he said about the 1.9 trillion Stimulus package recently announced by the US, that it has helped in the economic recovery. The Federal Reserve has also kept the interest rate low which is a good thing.
