Suryakumar Yadav said heart-wrenching thing about being retained in IPL 2022

Suryakumar Yadav: The start of the 15th season of the Indian Premier League for Mumbai Indians has been very poor. Before the IPL 2022 Mega Auction, Mumbai Indians, who were five-time winners of the IPL, had retained Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah and Kieron Pollard apart from Suryakumar Yadav. In such a situation, when Kumar Yadav was asked about the pressure of being retained. He replied saying,

“No, I don’t think there is such a thing. My responsibility is same as before, since 2018 I am playing for Mumbai Indians. Nothing has changed, retention is just a new tag, the rest remains the same. Yes obviously both the franchises are completely different and professional. I have learned a lot from my role in both the franchises. When I was there, it was a completely different role, and when I came here it was a different role here too.”
