The Indian team was defeated by South Africa in the third and final T20 match and with this its dream of making a clean sweep was broken.

The Indian cricket team could not clean sweep South Africa in the three-match T20I series. South Africa defeated India by 49 runs in the third and final match played at the Holkar Stadium in Indore on Tuesday. India has won the series 2-1.
