Not fit anymore so there is no place in the team – Chief Selector

The question is, why is there such a sudden ban on the entry of a player who has scored 99 wickets and more than 1300 runs for Pakistan in 113 international matches? Responding to this, Mohammad Wasim, the Chief Selector of the Pakistan Cricket Board, said in an interview that, “Imad’s fitness is not up to the standards. He is constantly battling with his fitness. Also his recent performance has not been good.

Whoever is fit will play for Pakistan

Mohammad Wasim said that at present only those players are being given chances in the Pakistan team who are meeting the standard of fitness. And the effect of this step of ours is also visible on the performance of the team. The chief selector said that at present, Mohammad Nawaz is a better option for the team than Imad Wasim. He said that 28-year-old Mohammad Nawaz’s recent fitness and performance are both amazing.
