Under the campaign of modernization of madrassas by the Uttar Pradesh government, the administrative officers of the state, educationists and veterans of IIMs and IITs will train madarsa teachers for online education of students. Through special classes, teachers will be told how to conduct online education. On Wednesday, online training program was organized by the Madrasa Board, in which the language committee member Danish Azad, Registrar Madrasa Board RP Singh, minority welfare officers and educationists of many districts were involved.
A government spokesperson said that the Yogi Adityanath government of the state has started modernization of madrassas. He said that online education of students has started in madrasas during the Corona period. The Uttar Pradesh Madrasa Board, in collaboration with the Language Committee, is preparing the teachers to teach the children by training the Mandal wise teachers. He told that in this, educationists and counselors associated with the Board of Secondary Education and many DMOs are giving subject training to the madrasa teachers, especially the teachers were told how to teach children in a simple way.
Danish Azad, member of the language committee, said that IIT and IIM current and former students have been talked to to provide online education training to madrasa teachers. He told that many students have given their consent to join the teachers’ training program. He said that former Vice Chancellors of universities, retired administrative officers are also ready to join this training program.
According to Azad, a member of the language committee, an online training program was organized on Wednesday by Deputy Directors Sanjay Kumar Mishra and Jagmohan Singh, Registrar of Madrasa Board RP Singh and Madrasa Teachers Association. He told that in this DMO Kanpur Varsha Agarwal, Asmat Malik Instructor Secondary Education Council, DMO Amroha Naresh Yadav and Urdu and Deeniyat expert Dr Ejaz Anjum told the teachers about the nuances of online education.
He said that online education will continue during the Corona period and in such a situation, teachers should make their preparations for it. He told that during the meeting recently, the Chief Minister had given instructions to start online education of madrasa students.
