Gautam Adani and Rajesh Adani are individual promoters in several listed companies of the Jahan group. Whereas Vinod Adani is a part of this group and both are close relatives of the individual promoters.

In the statement issued by Adani Group, it has been clearly stated that Vinod is part of the promoter group of different listed companies of Adani Group. Their participation is completely according to Indian rules. While this has been disclosed from time to time in the public information related to the stock exchange.
According to information, Gautam Adani’s elder brother Vinod Adani lives in Dubai. He has Endeavor Trade and Investment Limited (Endeavor Trade and Investment Limited) Company has control. This company has actually acquired ACC Cement and Ambuja Cement Limited. Although both these companies are part of the Adani Group.
Adani Group had acquired the Indian business of Holcim Cement Company last year. With this deal, Adani Group had become the second largest cement company in the country.
Denied Vinod’s role in January
In January, when the Hindenburg Research report came out, Adani Group had said that Vinod Adani does not have any management post or power in the listed companies of Adani Group. Nor do they interfere in the day-to-day functioning of the subsidiary companies of these companies.
