Rehabilitation center opened for stray animals

Virat Kohli’s foundation has opened a rehabilitation center for stray animals at Madad (Mumbai) in Malad on 14th September. It is informed that the new rehabilitation center will work for the treatment of injured stray animals and a group of experts will ensure the smooth conduct of the process. Kohli said that he has come up with two animal shelters in Mumbai in collaboration with his foundation. Both the shelters have started now. These two have come in association with Vivaldis and Awaaz.

(Virat Kohli) made a post on his Twitter handle, in which he praised wife Anushka and called her his inspiration. Kohli wrote- “I admire Anushka’s dedication towards the welfare of animals, and I have also taken inspiration from her. It is our dream to make our city a safe place for the stray animals. We are excited to announce that the center is ready, and look forward to change through this noble initiative.”
Let us tell you that at present, Kohli along with wife Anushka and daughter Vamika will play their first match of the RCB UAE leg against KKR on 20 September.
