The Education Ministry on Sunday launched the Pradhan Mantri Yuva Writer Guidance Scheme Yuva 2.0. The plan will be implemented phase-wise

Selected young writers will interact with some of the best writers in the world. Apart from this they will participate in literary festivals etc.

This plan will help in creating a chain of writers who can cover the past, present and future on various aspects of democracy in India.
