The petitioner further claimed that he had secured 77 marks in the recruitment test, while the minister’s daughter had secured only 61 marks. High Court has issued political science for 11th and 12th in government schools of West Bengal. (political science teacher) A CBI inquiry has been ordered into the irregularities in the recruitment of teachers. The court has said that Ankita Adhikari has to be sent to the West Bengal School Service Commission. (SSC) will not be allowed to work as a teacher appointed by the court till further orders passed by the court.
CBI will investigate the matter
Apart from this, the court has said that the officer or any other person on his behalf will not be allowed to enter the school premises concerned. The officer has also been barred from introducing himself as a school teacher recommended by the commission till further orders. In this case related to Paresh Adhikari and his daughter, the names of many big people including State Education Minister Partha Chatterjee, North Bengal University Vice Chancellor Subiresh Bhattacharya have come to the fore. At the same time, after the petition of the petitioner, the High Court has handed over the investigation of the case to the CBI. Now the CBI will investigate this matter.
