The Bombay High Court has asked Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife to appear in the court on April 3 along with their two children. The court will explore the possibility of settlement between the two parties.

Film actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, his wife Aaliya Siddiqui and brother Shamshuddin Siddiqui will have to appear in the Bombay High Court on April 3 next month. On that day, Aaliya will also have to take her 12-year-old daughter and seven-year-old son to the court. This order has been given by the High Court. The court will try to solve the matter by calling all the parties.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui is having a dispute with his wife Alia (Zainab Siddiqui) and brother Shamshuddin. Regarding this, he had filed a defamation case of Rs 100 crore on both of them. However, recently Nawazuddin Siddiqui had decided to take the path of compromise for the sake of the children.
Children were also called on Nawazuddin’s appeal
Nawazuddin Siddiqui had filed a habeas corpus petition (habeas corpus petition) in the Bombay High Court and requested the court to direct his wife to give information about their two children. Along with this, a demand was also made to call the accused in the court. Now the court has issued an order on this.
Hearing will be held in closed room
On the petition of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the court ordered today that on April 3, the judge would hear the matter in camera. For this all the parties should be present there. The court says that they are worried about the children and want them. The court said that let’s explore the possibility of a peaceful settlement.
